Owner and Licensed Contractor, Tim Hanley, has worked in the construction field across various
trades ever since he was a young teen. Tim went on to pursue studies in Construction Management and Project Planning at Cornell University
and received his degree in Design and Environmental Analysis - designing the built environment to better support
human needs. Upon completing his studies at Cornell, Tim went back into the field working once again as a carpenter
in order to master his skills and to further develop his "working knowledge" as a builder. He worked with various
luxury home builders where he developed an eye for perfection and a keen attention to detail. There are elements to
building quality homes that can only be taught through strong experience in the field, and this is something that Tim
has never underestimated.
